Hedge Planting

Whether it be a natural native hedge to attract the wildlife or a strong evergreen hedge to provide much needed privacy both can form an attractive boundary. We will prepare the soil and supply and plant hedging in pot grown or bare rooted form to provide the best suited hedging for your location. Formative pruning is carried out on our new hedges for the first couple of years and thereafter usually cut twice a year if formal hedging, and once a year if informal with hand held hedge cutters to get the neatest of finishes, or with tractor mounted flails dependant on size and location. All the above hedging related works are carried out in accordance with the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981.
